Theo Cottle

Theo’s work deals predominantly in social documentary: a style that examines the underbelly of British youth culture and wider society in and around urban environments. Not formally trained, Theo developed his craft under the guidance of multiple photographers in his early 20s. He’s a regular contributor to Crack Magazine, LAW Magazine and VICE.

Theo took this project in his stride, capturing Lambeth’s enduring terrain with the same intimacy used on his human subject counterparts resulting in a personal portrayal of the borough. Seeing the buildings that make up the district.
